Rohitas is working for
the past two and a half decades in upgrading the quality of solar
cooker and have developed number of innovative designs for people
of all classes and regions. These solar cookers are developed
to replace conventional cooking devices and their hazardous effects
on health.
Tulsi Solar cookers are successfully in
use by Military personnel positioned at high altitude snow covered
mountains, under high velocity and sub-zero temperature conditions
to near by Andaman & Nicobar Islands. This reflects superior
quality and brilliant performance of our Solar Cookers.

a. Concentrator Solar Cooker-
Problems reported by S.K.14 users have been overcome in this design.
The reflector strips have been mounted on a hard FRP support structure
which is in four parts and assembly is very easy unlike SK-14
where 36 reflector strips are to be individually installed.
b. Tulsi Bhoj -
This simple cooking device can be mounted on the outside of a
south-facing wall of any rural hutment or urban high - rise complex.
A reach through passageway leading from inside your room provides
convenient access to it. This is a convenient appliance for a
family.

Specially
Designed Electrical Backup system
Low wattage Infrared heaters specially developed
and manufactured (patent applied for) are provided. The radiant
infrared heat is transmitted directly in the form of magnetic
rays at high velocity. This infrared heat is economical compared
to other heat sources because it acts quickly, directly on food
and to a great extent make hybrid solar cooker an all time cooking
appliance.
